Around 3:11 a.m., a trooper stopped a vehicle on Fieldstone Court near Kenton Road in Dover, according to police. As the trooper approached the vehicle, police said a front-seat passenger displayed a weapon with an exchange of gunfire ensuing. Juliun Pitcher was shot and killed.
