Police received a call at around 1:15 p.m. saying there was a male and female yelling near her home, police said. When they arrived, they found a man sitting with his back against a garage and his arms wrapped around a woman with a knife to her neck. He told officers he was sitting on a bomb. When he charged at one of the officers with the knife, one officer shot and killed him.
