A couple was riding with an unidentified man, and the driver got into an argument with the male passenger and forced him out of the car at gunpoint. The man then called police to report that his girlfriend was still in the car. An officer spotted the vehicle and attempted to get the suspect to get out of the vehicle. He told him he knew he had the gun and to place his hands on the dash. The suspect came out of the vehicle firing at the officer and was shot and killed.
