Someone called 9-1-1 and said that a man was threatening two other men with a gun at the Pink Elephant car wash. Police said the two victims did not know the man threatening them. When Federal Way police arrived, they found a man threatening the two other men, but the man pointed his gun at the officers, who shot and killed him.
