Officers were dispatched about 12:15 a.m. in response to a report of a man armed with a knife, police said. When officers arrived, they found a man with a knife. He didn't follow orders and less-lethal weapons were used on him, then dogs were sicced on him, which made him drop the knife. He then allegedly pulled something from his waistband and was shot and killed.
