Officers investigating a West Side robbery just after 8:10 p.m. detained a 25-year-old man in the 1600 of South Pulaski Road, police said. At some point, the man became unresponsive. The man was taken in critical condition to Mount Sinai Hospital and pronounced dead at 9:11 p.m.
