A woman called police and said she was being held against her will at an apartment complex. When officers arrived, they found a group of individuals in and around a vehicle outside the apartment where the call came from. Officers questioned the people and were patting them down when one man became agitated, started backing away from officers and reaching for his waistband. The man pulled out a silver handgun and was shot and killed.
