Police were called to a domestic disturbance. When officers arrived they discovered a woman covered in blood who had run to a neighbor's house after being stabbed. They found the victim's husband on the roof of a home holding a large knife. He began stabbing himself as officers tried to talk him down. An officer climbed to the roof on a ladder and fired a Taser at the man. The man tried to attack the officer, and multiple officers shot and killed him.
