Deputies responded about an hour later to find that man, described as a 56 year-old white male, in the yard with a rifle in hand. Police said the man was combative, and when deputies asked him to put down the rifle, he refused, and ran. Deputies shot him when he allegedly turned around and pointed his rifle at them.

Ask the old women that lives there and saw them gun down my brother. He had the gun above his head threw it on the ground then the ashtabula county Sherriffs shot him . 2 rookie cops. Neighbor herd 11 shots in succession. 2 DVRs taken by Sherriffs . mistakenly missplaced. Other minister SD card was discovered jammed in wrong way that whole day 5/17/2017. Erased. Hmm crooked cops I'd say.
