Authorities received a 911 call reporting that a man was looking into car windows in a parking lot, police said. On their second trip to the parking lot, officers spotted Crocker and chased him as he fled. An officer used a Taser to stop Crocker, who then rolled over and began shooting at police, according to officials. Officers shot back and killed him.
