A Broken Bow officer saw Johnson, who was wanted in Sevier County, Ark., and attempted to stop the vehicle he was driving. During the chase, Johnson drove down a dead-end street, got out of the car and shot at an officer's car. Johnson then shot at the windshield of a second police car before law officers opened fire on him, killing him, police said.
