Officers were in the parking lot of a Guitar Center trying to arrest a man who had multiple felony warrants, police said. Police said there was a struggle outside the suspect's vehicle and it had a remote start. The suspect managed to get into the car. He tried to drive off, dragging and officer, and was shot and killed.
