Troopers responded to a complaint about an intoxicated man who was fighting with several people at a home. Stacy was standing outside and became combative. He then went inside. Troopers say after several attempts to get him to come out unarmed, Stacy came out with a gun. They say he refused to drop the gun, made threats then raised the gun toward officers, and he was shot and killed.
