Officers responded to a disturbance call. When police arrived, they saw Zoucha attempting to force entry into a home in the area, causing significant damage to the front door. Police said Zoucha was non-compliant and became violently combative. An altercation took place and police tried to use a stun gun to stop him from fighting, which had little to no effect. While officers attempted to gain control, Zoucha became unresponsive.
