Jonathan Fowler, 32, failed to stop when deputies with the Fulton County Sheriff's Office tried to pull him over for speeding on Roosevelt Highway near College Park, police said. The pursuit ended on Roosevelt Highway at Leslie Drive after a trooper performed a PIT maneuver, bumping into Fowler's vehicle to try and stop it, police said. After the PIT maneuver, Fowler lost control of the vehicle and it rolled over, officials with GSP said. He was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle, police said. He died on the scene.
