Deputies responded to a domestic call and found Tomlinson armed, police said. Officers shot Tomlinson after he allegedly ignored repeated requests to drop his weapon and raised it toward the officers. His brother, Scott Tomlinson, was found dead from gunshot wounds inside the residence, according to authorities.
