Deputy Aaron Miller responded to a call that Hubble was behaving erratically at a residence. At the residence, an associate of Hubble's told the deputy that Hubble was trying to provoke a shooting. The deputy found Hubble on a street outside of the residence. Hubble attacked the deputy with a screwdriver. The deputy shot him with a stun gun. Hubble continued his attack. The deputy fatally shot him.
