Police received a call from a mother concerned about her son, who she said had locked her out of her house and was walking around being very strange, speaking of "black revolution" and carrying swords and knives inside the house. The man left the house carrying a knife and a Bible, was hit by the "not-so-lethal" round and then allegedly charged at officers who opened fire, killing him at the scene.
