As a member of the extended family I would like to clarify that the claim of domestic abuse is without evidence. Furthermore, there is evidence that Mark Shotwell engaged in an extramarital relationship with Ms Menatti. My opinion is the investigation was a sham as Mayor Seiler was up for reelection. Of note, there was a monetary settlement made with Rickys mother but no consideration at all for his grieving father. Ricky was part Portuguese, not Hispanic. He was also a veteran of Iraq conflict which many reports of the tragic shooting fail to note.
