Police responded to a 911 domestic disturbance call with a man possibly armed, the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau said. They say he did not cooperate and tried to flee "while continually grasping at his waistband area." When he reportedly turned back toward them, an officer feared he had armed himself and shot and killed him.
