An officer on routine patrol drove into a large shopping center parking lot a was flagged down by a security guard asking for help with a disturbance outside Star Saigon Bar and Grill. When the officer got out of his patrol car he saw a man firing into a group of people in the parking lot and that's when the officer shot the man, killing him, according to police.
