Police allegedly observed suspect speeding and behaving recklessly on Kensington Road, turned to follow and came on crashed vehicle. Suspect ignored orders to remain in vehicle and alleged moved towards police in a threatening manner. Sgt. Lynn Thomas fired one shot, hitting the suspect in the chest.
