Joe Krug of Linn County Parole and Probation is an aweful man. He doctors peperwork to punish those he doesn't like. He also assigns special conditions for those he doesn't like. His ability to point out that I am gay and that is why I am fundamentally a bad person in need of counseling is disgusting. Gayness isn't a mental disorder. This man needs removed from his position of power immediately!
