Officers were looking for Dontae Green because he allegedly shot at officers at a grocery store in North Baltimore. Green allegedly opened fire at the Compare Foods store because he was angry over his paycheck. He was wanted on 19 charges, including attempted murder, armed robbery and handgun violations. As police were clearing a home associated with Green, he allegedly shot at them from inside a closet, and they shot and killed him. One deputy U.S. Marshal was seriously injured.
