Police responded to a home invasion and alleged kidnapping. Police began pursuing the suspect's vehicle, and allege the driver shot at a trooper and attempted to ram multiple officers. A PIT maneiver eventually stopped the vehicle, and the driver and hostage exited. Police say the hostage was able to get free, and officers from several departments shot and killed the man.
