Deputies were called to the residence just after 5:30 p.m. for a domestic situation. The initial 911 call said Junius Thomas arrived at the home and kicked in the door. The woman living there ran from the home, leaving Thomas alone in the home. Police went in the home more than four hours later, and Thomas allegedly pointed his weapon at officers, who shot and killed him.
