Andrew Hogan left Speedway convenience store with items he allegedly had not paid for and was walking when police found him and got into an fight in front of an apartment complex. Police reportedly used a Taser, pepper spray and baton to try and get Hogan to comply. Hogan ran from officers and went into an apartment. While the officers waited for reinforcements, Hogan came out of the apartment with a knife in hand, and police shot and killed him.
