Police received a call at 7:30 p.m. at a two-story condo complex. Officers left because things seemed to be in order. The police then received a 911 call at 9:30 p.m., alerting them that shots had been fired. A man had barricaded himself in his apartment, threatening to burn it down.The man left his apartment a few times. The man said he would burn his apartment at midnight and threw furniture out his window. At 7:25 a.m., the man started a fire, breaking a back window and jumping from the second floor while holding a gun. Officers reportedly ordered him to surrender the weapon and shot and killed him.
