About 7:27 p.m., dispatchers received a report of shots fired at the Oneida Casino. Former restaurant employee Bruce K. Pofahl allegedly approached a waiter station and shot and killed 32-year-old Ian J. Simpson and 35-year-old Jacob T. Bartel. Pofahl left the restaurant and shot and wounded 28-year-old Dan Mulligan, another employee. Green Bay police officers encountered Pofahl near the first floor of the parking ramp east of the Radisson. Officers Brian Jordan, Makayla Wolfe, and Ben Snyder shot and killed Pofahl.
