Santos led police on a chase, and allegedly shot at officers from the vehicle. Officers used spikes to stop Santos' vehicle. Apparently this incident is an ongoing investigation. Felix did what he felt was going to be better than prison, he had his reasons besides acknowledging his breaking the law, so with that being said, he still did not deserve the last two gunshots like an animal to the head and arm, hell not even an animal gets treated that way!!! For whatever reason law enforcement has yet to reach out nor respond, but eventually the truth will be known.
