A woman called 911 around 3:30 a.m. as she was driving near the University of Texas at El Paso campus. She was on Sun Bowl Drive when a man without any clothing ran after her car. UTEP police officers responded. The man reportedly got combative before they fatally shocked him with a stun gun.
