Police responded to a home for a call about an aggravated assault that came in before 1 p.m. The caller said a man who tried to kill him last week came back with a knife, threatening to hurt him. Two officers arrived and reportedly saw the man wanted in connection to the call sitting in a car in a driveway after the caller pointed him out to them. The officers approached the car, and when the officers asked the man to get out of the car, he reportedly rolled up the window and displayed a gun. When the officers demanded the man to drop the gun, he allegedly began to lift it, and the officers shot and killed him.
