Peter exited the building before police arrived and began walking down the street allegedly firing the gun. Officers located Peter on the street, and Peter allegedly ignored officer commands and was reloading his gun while speaking to officers. Officers allege Peter eventually pointing the gun at them, and they fired killing Peter.
