Officer Mark Afanasev is a Stockton Police officer who has done everything from stalking, harassing and any other kind of misconduct you can think of in the Conway Homes community to get tenants wrongfully evicted. Driven by his hate for African Americans more specifically African American Women,he has continued to make life miserable for the people of the community instead of being a help for them. He is trigger happy and has already been involved in at least three officer involved shootings. He is also the man that killed a gentleman by the name of PATRICK WETTER only months after being sworn in at the Stockton Police Department.
