RE: Robert Wenman Killed by Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department
10/22/2024 - I would like to comment on this post. He was non aggressive. He was in a state of crisis but never once threatened himself or the police. He was armed with a jammed handgun and he had no prior history of mental illness and no criminal history to speak of. We did file a lawsuit and it is currently at appeal in federal court.
