RE: The Urbana Zone: Episode 1
6/6/2026 - My lawyer and I have had several hearings in Urbana Municipal Court and have another scheduled for June 12th. The prosecutor tried to quash my lawyer's motions for suppression and dismissal citing Rules for Criminal Procedure Rule 12
D but Judge Harvey dismissed prosecutors effort to dismiss our motion. However, on the upcoming motion to suppress hearing, the judge has subpoenaed all the culprits involved but I was not subpoenaed. Is the judge going to lamb baize these people?
