3/14/2022 - Good deal that the off-duty policeman happened to be in the parking lot. Otherwise, Ruiz, who appears to be attempting to steal a car after ditching his behind the Pizza restaurant, may have tried to shoot people from the restaurant who were attempting to prevent him from stealing their car.
