12/31/2024 - I knew this officer. He was railroaded by the PD. There was no theft involved. He sold an item for another officer to which he was promised a commission. The officer in question reneged on the deal and accused him of stealing. Ultimately it was a civil matter and officer Parrish returned his commission. Those are the facts and his inclusion on this list probably isn't warranted.
