David Gerald McNabb was shot and killed at the home where he is believed to have killed his sister Nicole McNabb, 34; his mother, Melanie McNabb, 64; and Carlos Echavarria, 63. All four lived there, police said. Police were contacted at 8:05 p.m. by a neighbor. She reported entering the home and finding a victim covered in blood in the bathtub. Deputies arrived and determined David McNabb was still inside. Deputies entered the home, made contact with David McNabb and found he was armed with a rifle. Deputies confronted the suspect, and he reportedly was shot with less-lethal munitions, including a 40 mm impact weapon and a bean bag shotgun round, before deputies shot and killed him.
