A Colorado State Patrol trooper pulled over a U-Haul truck for a traffic violation around 8:15 p.m. The U-Haul driver pulled into a Walgreens parking lot. A passenger, Alvern Walker, got out and threatened police with a gun, reportedly pointing it at police, who shot and killed him.
