I had another Woodburn cop tell me about this guy originally. Bad news! Sadistic, abusive, booted for (while on duty) kidnapping, beating, and sexually assaulting a street chick, allegedly. The charges he was convicted of speak for themselves. Check them out for yourselves. Now he's a big division manager for the Oregon Dept of Revenue in their Property Tax division. Well known for shady behavior, sleeping with employees on-site and during work hours, etc. Not sure how the state of Oregon could let something like this happen. And this is the guy managing our Property Taxs and making major decisions? Scary disturbing stuff.

This guy is now employed with the Oregon Dept. Of Revenue as their Property Tax Division Section manager. Known for shady dealings there too-well known for sleeping with employees in office and on the job regardless of work ethics or his wife & kids. He's dangerous and it's really surprising that a government agency would hire him post arrest and put him in a major position of power like this.
