A deputy located Napoli's vehicle pulled over on the side of the road and parked behind the man's vehicle, exited the patrol car and began to approach Napoli's vehicle. The deputy noticed Napoli had a handgun as she walked up to the vehicle. The deputy stated Napoli raised his gun, and she discharged her weapon. It's uncertain at this time who shot him.
