Jonathan Sanders was in a buggy pulled by horses in Stonewall when Officer Kevin Herrington pulled up behind him. The lights apparently spooked the horses and Sanders was trying to calm them when Herrington allegedly choked Sanders with a flashlight (some reports state that the PD denies the flashlight involvement).
