Police said before 8 p.m., officers responded to a report of shots fired at a Fort Yates gas station. Officers spotted the suspect vehicle travelling west on Highway 24 and pulled it over. During the stop, one of the suspects exited the vehicle and walked toward officers with his hands in his pockets. He ignored officers commands to show his hands and was shot and killed.
