Guy Barnard was apparently turning himself in after a hit and run. He pointed a replica gun at police and was shot and killed. At 7:59 p.m., Barnard called 911 and told a dispatcher he was in the Wadsworth police parking lot with a gun. Police reportedly had received reports that someone wanted to commit "suicide by cop."
