"While I understand these people can be open for boarding for issues related to Covid 19, they are grooming and performing other services that are considering non essential. It is unfair to those of us following the quarantine to shut down. So many in our area are still grooming out of their houses etc. But these guys are out there doing this because they were told they could open the boarding." - KAT
