"The public and businesses that are non essential are using this RR zone property to train dogs and the barking is distributing my quality of life during this government mandatory lock down. I have now reported this three times, to my local Kitsap County DCD, commissioner, animal control and sheriff. I have not received any call backs and nothing has changed. Today 4/22/20 @ 12 noon the business using this property just walked dogs to my fence and allowed them to use the bathroom and is allowing several dogs to bark. This is a disturbance of my enjoyment of the use of my land and property." - Cindy Moore
