"This is the 3rd week the Salon is seeing clients after the governor has issued the stay at home rule. Spokane Regional Health District has been informed and called them 2 weeks ago. She put paper on the main door with a "closed sign". She meets people at the door and lets them in, then shuts it. We have been taking pictures and a video of her doing this. As of 11:55 on 3/31 a client just came in her door!! A complaint was also faxed to DOH on 3/27. Most people going in appear to be in the high risk age group!" -
