"Myself and a fellow coworker witnessed two women enter the Salon at approximately 3:00 pm on April 29, 2020. We are an essential business located a few doors down from them. I have taken pictures of the vehicles they arrived in and the license plates. My coworker has confirmed one of the vehicles belongs to an employee/owner.
