"This is my 3rd report on Star Nails being OPEN. According to Governor Inslee's Proclamation this business should not be open. This business has their OPEN sign on 4/25/2020 at 4:43 p.m. and a customer in the manicure chair getting her nails done. Star Nails is endangering my local community with potential spread of COVID 19. Why is she not following the rules and helping to protect her clients and others in the community?
